4. Credit System and Payments

  • Credits: Despai operates on a credit-based payment system. Users purchase credits to use the Service. Each action, such as a search query, will deduct a certain number of credits from the user’s account based on the nature and complexity of the query.
  • Purchasing Credits: Credits can be purchased through the Service using accepted payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, or other payment options made available. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided for unused credits.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No Refunds: All credit purchases and subscriptions are final. Despai does not provide refunds for unused credits, except as required by law.
  • Chargebacks: Any chargeback initiated by a user will result in the immediate suspension of their account pending resolution of the chargeback. Users who initiate chargebacks without valid cause may be permanently banned from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Despai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated results, are the property of Despai and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content provided by the Service without our explicit permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Despai may provide integrations with third-party services (e.g., movie databases, word dictionaries). These services are not under Despai’s control, and we are not responsible for their content or functionality. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
